How to Fight Nighttime Fears

Is your child jumping into your bed every night? Fear of monsters or the dark is common, however, it can become a problem. Make sure you and your spouse are committed to making your kid sleep in their own bed. Then, give your child tools to help them fight their fears. Hand "No Monsters Allowed" signs or arm them with "boogeyman repellent" spray. Plus, make a chart. For every night that they sleep in their own room, give them a sticker. Once they have accumulated seven in a row, give them a reward. For more tips, click here.
